Can I have my order sent to a delivery address abroad?

Orders can only be sent to a delivery address in the United Kingdom.

Which carrier does Oil & Vinegar use for my order?

We use Fedex, Parcelforce and the Royal Mail to deliver your order

How soon can I expect my order?

From when you receive our confirmation email, you can expect your order within 3 to 4 business days. If a delivery takes longer than this, please contact us. We will investigate why the delivery is delayed and try to resolve any problems. We will contact you if any items you have ordered are unexpectedly out of stock. In which case, we will discuss with you how best to proceed, or you can decide to cancel the entire order and the full purchase price will be refunded.

Can I use Click & Collect?

There is a free Click & Collect option from Oil & Vinegar, 8 Union Street, Inverness, IV1 1PL. Please leave 24 hours between placing your order and collecting.

How are delivery costs calculated?

Standard delivery is £6.95 per order for any size of order. FREE delivery for orders over £50.

Why does Oil & Vinegar need my information?

We need your information to send the ordered products to you. If you place an order with insufficient or inaccurate information, chances are that we have to postpone the delivery of your order. Your email address is used to send confirmations and information about your order. It is therefore important that you check your details carefully before you place an order.
